Tyler Radiology Associates, P.A (TRA) is one of Texas' most advanced radiology practices with a history of superior medical care, serving Tyler and East Texas for over 60 years.
Our practice is a proud member of Radiology Associates of North Texas, P.A., (RANT) the largest independent radiology practice in the state. This affiliation allows us to provide even more resources and clinical expertise to our patients in the East Texas region.
RANT is among the largest, 100% radiologist owned and operated practices in the US. Our 220+ radiologists and 20+ APPs provide professional coverage for 24 imaging centers, 58 hospital locations, and more than 100 other imaging entities throughout the state of Texas, interpreting more than 4,300,000 exams each year.

Company History
