The Vascular Interventional Radiology section of IR Centers USA is seeking a physician to join our full-time interventional radiology group of 40 full time Interventional Radiologists.

The company was founded more than 5 years ago with Interventional Radiology Physician Leadership and is wholly private with physician leadership. The physician leaders collectively perform the majority of advanced embolization procedures nationally in multiple established and cutting edge applications. Our company is involved in ALL aspects of the IR Life Cycle, insuring our future in the IR space. This includes: Clinical Research including large scale Randomized Clinical Trials, Societal Guideline Committee Involvement, Medical Device Development, Live Video/Case Support Software innovation, Artificial Intelligence Software Development, Animal Lab Device Testing, Patient Access/Insurance Lobbying, and Leading Medical Education.
POSITION SUMMARY
At IR Centers, our interventional radiologists work alongside other physicians from other medical specialties to provide truly comprehensive health care. This position will mainly involve performing various cutting edge IR procedures in the orthopedic, GI, and Urology realm, with the option to provide vascular, soft tissue, and other intervention in an efficient and enjoyable work environment. This position will include proctored training by IR’s with a wealth of experience performing advanced embolization.

Requirements
POSITION DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- The ideal candidate will be well-versed, but not necessary with our training/mentoring, in areas of IR such as: Embolization including gastro-intestinal, prostatic, uterine, orthopedic, and hepatic. Also angioplasty, GU and GI body intervention including Cryoablation, radiofrequency ablation, GI access, Renal Access, and soft tissue biopsy
- Additional but not necessary skills include Radioembolization, Arterial and Venous Intervention including varicose vein treatment.
- Spinal procedures such as kyphoplasty, vertebroplasty, bone RFA and Genicular Nerve RFA may be also be a benefit
- The position is 100% IR with a focus on novel and innovative embolization procedures
- Mentorship and Training is provided by experienced IR's
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Candidates must be a Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathy, Board-certified and residency trained in the practice of Diagnostic Radiology
- Board certified/eligible by American Board of Radiology or the Osteopathic Board of Radiology or Board certified in Diagnostic Radiology
- CAQ certified/eligible
