This is a high-volume, high-reward opportunity for an Interventional Radiologist ready to put in the work and cash in with one of the most respected physician-owned practices in the country. Radiology Associates of North Texas (RANT) is offering a partnership-track IR position in Lubbock, TX — $900k+ proven partner pay, equal vacation from day one, and the chance to build a thriving, long-term career.

- Balanced practice: ~50% IR, ~50% diagnostic
- Bread-and-butter + advanced IR: Y-90s, TIPS, embolizations, thrombectomies, kyphoplasties, drains, biopsies, venous work
- Dedicated IR midlevel to cover consults & minor cases so you focus on the high-value work
