Interventional Radiology Physician Assistant (PA) to join our dedicated team of professionals.
Position Overview:
Role: Interventional Radiology Physician Assistant
Employment Type: Full-Time
Locations: Multiple sites across the Greater Charlotte, NC area
Key Responsibilities:
Provide expert care and support for patients undergoing interventional radiology procedures throughout multiple locations in the Greater Charlotte Area.
Perform pre-procedural evaluations, obtain patient histories, and conduct physical examinations.
Perform a variety of image-guided procedures, including but not limited to biopsies, vascular access placements, fluoroscopy, drainage procedures and other minimally invasive treatments.
Conduct post-procedural follow-ups and ensure comprehensive care for patients.
Inpatient consultations and daily rounding on IR and neuro IR patients.
Collaborate closely with radiologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications:
Required:
Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant program.
Current licensure as a PA in the state of North Carolina (or eligibility to obtain).
Certification by NCCPA.
Preferred:
Previous experience in Interventional Radiology or a similar field.

Schedule:
8 hour shifts, Monday through Friday, daytime hours
On-Call shifts–divided equally among all APPs; this includes nights, weekends, and holidays. No overnights.

Specific work locations vary; must be willing and able to travel across various clinical sites in the Greater Charlotte area.
