Description

Advanced Radiology Consultants is currently seeking an exceptional Interventional Radiologist. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in all facets of interventional radiology. ARC providers collaborate closely with the residency program at St. Vincent’s Medical Center and are supported by multiple interventional radiology PAs and rotating medical students. Therefore, the ideal candidate should have a strong interest in clinical teaching.

The interventional radiology section works with a wide array of highly skilled referring subspecialists, which include cardiologists, neurologists, and vascular surgeons. In addition to interpreting diverse and complex pathology with utilization of advanced imaging techniques, the section covers several multidisciplinary hospital conferences, tumor boards and functions as an integral part of the patient healthcare team. ARC is planning a broader outpatient interventional radiology presence and looking for additional IR leadership support.

This is a professional partnership track position.

Requirements

•         Full-Time Employment
•         On-call Rotation at St. Vincent’s Medical Center
•         Connecticut License
•         Must be Fellowship-Trained in Interventional Radiology or current graduate of an accredited IR residency program; BE/BC required; CAQ -Preferred if applicable
