Description
Well-established private practice in Los Angeles is seeking a radiologist for fast track to full and equal partnership.
Pitfalls of most radiology jobs:
Tiered partnership structure where you do not have an equal say
Constantly rising RVU requirements from middle managers looking to squeeze out more productivity
Loss of evenings and time with family, friends, and outside interests
Our partnership has many advantages over large conglomerates and other standalone practices:
Highly competitive pay combined with best-in-class vacation, work hours, and flexible scheduling
Small group with team-oriented partners, emphasis on quality of life and collaboration
Reverse commute (~20-30 min) from desirable neighborhoods of South Bay and West LA
This is a position for a motivated IR candidate who desires 50-60% of the hospital’s IR workload
40+ years in hospital; open communication with CEO, CMO
State-of-the-art stroke center with newly upgraded PACS, voice recognition, EMR
Constantly rising RVU requirements can lead to burnout. Our group addresses the needs of the hospital without constantly increasing the workload for partners. There are opportunities to increase pay both inside and outside the practice as desired.
The ideal candidate would be fellowship-trained and interested in practicing a broad range of diagnostic radiology.
DR shifts are taken onsite and at home
500K starting salary with 18 weeks vacation. Partnership after one year for qualified candidates. Partners make 600-700k.
