POSITION SUMMARY
Radiology Partners is expanding our premier practice to support our exciting growth throughout the state of Florida. RP Florida is currently seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Interventional Radiologist to join our talented team primarily servicing HCA Florida Tampa Hospitals. The ideal candidate will be able to perform a broad range of IR procedures and have a passion to grow and advance our IR program.

- Fully integrated workstation under RP Cloud Enterprise tech stack; Includes Intelerad PACS, Clario Worklist, and PowerScribe dictation software to maximize efficiency and streamline workflows
- Continued AI enhancements through platforms and programs such as Aidoc, RecoMD, and Best Practice Recommendation (BPR) Templates

RP Florida serves 8 HCA hospitals and multiple freestanding emergency rooms across the Greater Tampa region and Florida's Gulf Coast. We provide expertise across all major radiology subspecialties, offering both on-site and remote reading services, along with a variety of procedural cases. Our team-based model fosters exceptional patient care through the strategic use of shared resources, state-of-the-art technology, and comprehensive support at both the national and local levels. DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Fellows and residents welcome to apply
- Candidates must be residency-trained in Diagnostic Radiology
- Fellowship training in IR or Integrated IR residency required
- Board eligible or certified by American Board of Radiology (ABR) or the American Osteopathic Board of Radiology (AOBR)
- FL License required or the ability to obtain a FL License
COMPENSATION:
The salary range for this position is $425,000-$500,000. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to this range, Radiology Partners offers competitive total rewards packages, which include health & wellness coverage options, 401k benefits, and a broad range of other benefits such as family planning and telehealth (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
