Southwest Desert Radiology is currently seeking Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Radiologists to join our growing practice in southwest Arizona. We are an independent, physician-run group and are not affiliated with private equity. This is a unique position for a general radiologist seeking a collegial work environment and interesting case mix, with top-level compensation and focus on work-life balance. We offer a highly competitive compensation and benefit package, including a sign-on bonus and relocation assistance, with the ability to further increase income in our unique team-based bonus pool. Both profit-sharing track and employed positions are available, as well as on-site and hybrid remote options.
POSITION DUTIES AND BENEFITS
- Comfortable with general radiology studies including CT, US, MR, and x-ray
- Able to perform or be willing to learn basic fluoroscopic procedures (barium, joint injections, etc)
- Mammography experience is welcomed, but not required
- Total Year-One Compensation $800k, with $100k sign-on bonus and 12 weeks of vacation
- One year to team-based bonus pool, with anticipated compensation of $1.1 million
DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- BC/BE by American Board of Radiology or the American Osteopathic Board of Radiology
- Current AZ licensure or ability to obtain AZ license
- Fellowship training is welcomed but not required
- Current fellows and residents are encouraged to apply
