Chief of Interventional Radiology
Baystate Health, western Massachusetts’ premier healthcare provider and home to the University of Massachusetts Chan Medical School - Baystate, is seeking a Division Chief of Interventional Radiology to join our organization.
Position Highlights:
- Lead our well-established, collegial team of 4 interventional radiologists practicing at our flagship hospital, Baystate Medical Center, in Springfield, MA. BMC is a 716-bed academic medical center and the region’s only Level I Trauma Center.
- Facilitate growth and development within our division which currently consists of a broad spectrum of interventional services including angiography, arterial and venous interventions, UFE, vertebral augmentation, TIPS, venous access, and an active oncology program with RF ablation, cryoablation, Y-90 and chemoembolization.
- Mix of inpatient and outpatient services, scheduled clinical time for pre and post op patients located on the main campus. Neurovascular work is covered by another team.
- Enjoy a combination of clinical care and resident and medical student teaching with faculty appointment to the University of Massachusetts Medical School-Baystate. Our radiology residency program includes 4 diagnostic radiology residents per year.

Qualifications: ABMS BC in Interventional Radiology. 5+ years’ experience with evidence of progressive management responsibilities and leadership in an academic department.
